Many thanks. Since IIH is a prerequisite to the other books, I think
I'm a few years away from actually using them anyway.
So it was a concern, but not an urgent problem.
BTW: I just ordered the german version or IIH from amazon.de :-)
Hope I'll be able to actually use it (my knowledge of the german
language being so poor now): it would at least solve the problem of
the versions :-)
