Ruggeberg version of IIH

Greetings.
Just a simple question: Is it the Ruggeberg version of IIH in 
the "files" section a quality translation? I´ll start with IIH but I 
wanna be sure I´m reading a good translation. I´m not a native 
english speaker so I´m not sure... I´m asking this because 
I´ve "passed my eyes" through the book and I found some some errors, 
like "akasa" and "charkas"...
