Those are the associations of the letters as found within the Sepher 
Yetzirah.

Thank you for the information about the Hebrew alphabet. In some 
respects I would have to say that these sorts of alphabets closely 
resemble those of China where they where essentially pictographic in 
nature. However, in the long run, everyone seemed to forget what all 
of the pictographs mean. In turn causing a linguistic shift of 
meaning in the long run.
