Idea for the Bardon Questionnaire

Dear Rawn,

Currently, all the Bardon Questionnaire does is provide a snapshot of 
how many scholars are doing at the point in time when they took the 
questionnaire. However, if the scholar progresses and wishes to input 
their stats of their development into the questionnaire this would 
essentially screw up the statistics royally. So what I'm wondering is 
whether it would be possible to create an updateable database for the 
Bardon questionnaire? Where each person who took the questionnaire 
would have their own account and could log on and update the 
questionnaire on their progress, perhaps putting forth some comments 
upon their experiences about the work of these steps as well.

Just a thought.
