Thanks Rawn! ..... Also quick question i am on lesson three of TMO. Reviewing 
the PDF i know that the rainbow light explodes around Malkoot or the temporal 
self; is the light suppose to cover the body? Or just Malkoot? When i ran a 
"test try" it enveloped Malkoot really well and i felt it and saw it. Then next 
time i tried it i thought i should cover my body, it worked but not as well as 
it did when covering Malkoot.......i just want to be sure i didn't miss 
something. Thanks!
