Thanks for the advice, everybody. Yes, I do continue with other parts 
of the IIH training, and try to be mindful at all times. I still 
meditate, as I did before I came across Bardon, and the family are 
sympathetic. It is just that I don't have time to do all the other 
stuff, and I was really enjoying it, but what with moving, running a 
business, etc, it became impossible. However, I have got Questions 
and Answers and Rawn's Companion coming tomorrow, hopefully, and i 
have had the good luck to crack a rib and sustain mild whiplash, so 
the doc has ordered rest and recuperation, so I can slow down a mite 
and study a lot.
