KTQ : Question About Double Key Plasticization of Form

For anyone who can answer:

When Bardon talks about directing causes from the mental to astral 
planes,there is mention of the fact that the 2 letters must have a 
shape. 

The color of the shape could be of several interpretations of the 
text. 

1. Each letter is plasticized into its own independent shape and 
independent color in sequence.

OR...

2. You have to imagine a shape that is somehow a combination of the 
two colors ( in stripes, patterns, or a completely mixed pallet ), 
and the tones are mixed together (as in a musical chord). 

Which of the 2 choices is the correct interpration of plasticizing 
with a two letter key?
