Where your hypothesis breaks down is in your assumption that the Soul
Mirror is a static thing that, once written, never changes. Instead, it
is constantly evolving. New items get written down as they are
discovered. If, as you say, one invests years of intensive work in this
arena of self-transformation, there's no way such an issue could remain
unseen.
