On page 92 (question #15 in the Akasha section) of "Questions &
Answers", Bardon gave the correlation thusly:

Knowledge = Air
Courage = Fire
Volition = Water
Silence = Earth

Although this might seem counter-intuitive at first, if you read
Bardon's explanation, it will make perfect sense. :)
