Dear Rawn and listmembers,

In response to our discussion last November, the Bate's method 
http://www.i-see.org/bates_nutshell.html has been successful for 
largely restoring my eyesight, coupled with the exercizes of IIH. The 
mental discipline, elemental equilibrium, and clairovoyance exercizes 
were particularly helpful.
