Biorythyms & Hermetic training

Hi All,

Everyone has ups and downs, cyclical process is one of the main
universal laws. I have found that in conjunction with Hermetic work
using a biorythym calculator can often help you predict when higher
energy / concentration times occur and enable you to work out when
certain mental, phsyical and intellectual cycles coincide with key
training sessions or goals.

I have found a very useful biorythym calculator which also charts the
secondary biorythyms which should be of use to all magi, covering
spirituality, awareness, intuition and aesthetics. Having just found
this secondary calculator, I have yet to test its accuracy - but
either way the phsyical, mental and intellectual biorythyms tend to be
quite accurate and could be useful to some or all.
