Well it's not what I do! I can see what you're doing but you're way way 
ahead of me here, (as well you know!) at step 1 I'm just concerned with how I 
feel. It would be lovely to work with image/feelings the way you do - maybe 
I'll 
try, but not right now, I have a hard enough time with the cold shower! My 
actual watching of the tetragrammaton at the moment is happening in a shadowy 
intuitiony part of myself that i haven't any clue about yet. Nice to see a 
glimpse of what's possible with a well-trained spirit though dude. Daggers 
definitely firmly sheathed.
