Re: First 3 steps- questions-experience-clarification
Message 03391 of 3835
I don't see how a thought or train of thought can originate by
itself without your own intention and involvement in the thought, so
I don't understand how you can be a detached observer to thoughts
because the act of detaching yourself also stops any thought from
coming into being. I guess what Bardon meant was go into a stream o
thought mindset and just keep track of your thoughts although he
specifically used the words detached observer. I just don't see how
you can have thoughts without thinking them.
The only time that I had the experience of thoughts being indepently
born in my mind was in dreams.
