learning lab alchemy

i remember that bardon's last book was supposed to be on alchemy. 
there 
is a yahoo group that teaches alchemy for those just starting out. 
plant work,
mineral, etc.
since 
we don't have bardon's instructions some may be interested in finding 
alchemical
instruction from some other sources to add to their work.

if you check out the group the instructional posts begin somewhere 
around #50. they are numbered. 
it is worth reading all the archives since there is much instruction 
contained in question and answer posts that aren't found in the 
instructional ones. 
this is the only online source i've found that teaches from the start 
of the work on up for free. 
it's a great resource that only a few know about. hope it's useful to 
some of you.
