Dear Rawn,

In PME, while talking about the elemental beings of earth, some of 
them in their systems seem to teach about how to produce the 
philosophal stone.
But Bardon says that if the magician uses that to prolong his life, or 
to produce gold, he will have serious trouble with those beings, even 
if he is already a master of magic.
To produce gold, I understand..but to prolong his life?
If I want to prolong my life with the philosophal stone so I can 
continue my spiritual developmente here and help the humankind more 
directly, then I will have trouble with those beings? I don't see why 
someone with those purposes cannot use the philosophal stone to 
achieve those objectives.
And imagining a hyphotetical situation..if someone is already a master 
of magic, and wants to use the philosophal stone, what harm can those 
kings of the earth element cause to him?(considering that he has 
finished and mastered bardon three books).
