vacancy of mind"exercise.I also have read all your comments on Bardon"s books 
which i found them very helpful,in my difficult task to understand 
occultism.I"m into the occult things about 2 years and this is the first time I 
found so interesting stuff into Bardons writings.However i also find it tough 
enough,to complete the first book.
